First time i participated in Vipassana in 2002. It marked a turning point in my life since silence and vigilant and peacefull sense on presence made deep impression in me. I felt that i am really present here and now, no need to leave anywhere. Ten days in Vipassana can turn one’s restless mind as vigilant and peacefull instrument. One can observe reality and his or her own reactions as they appear in any moment, not as one wishes them to be. Every moment will be experienced as fresh and new.

I practice vipassana one hour every morning and every evening by observing sensations in my body as they appear at that time. Step by step mind calms down and becomes vigilant. My awareness of my own reactions improves and i can take more responsibility of them. At the same time i get distance from my manners and habits, there will be pace for change.
